If you are among the prospective first-year students listed as ELIGIBLE TO ENROLL for the BS in Information Systems Program at the College of Computer Studies, Fortune Towne Campus, please complete this Google Form here: https://forms.gle/faA2NaZrjdEK1MPQ9 to secure your enrollment slot no later than 5:00 pm on July 17, 2023.
Please note that failure to confirm your slot will result in it being reassigned to those on the waiting list.
After confirming your enrollment, please proceed to fulfill the necessary requirements as outlined on the CHMSU Fortune Towne Registrar’s FB page: https://www.facebook.com/chmscft.registrars.
For those applicants not in the shortlist, you are automatically placed on the waiting list and will be updated via a text message.
