The Online Faculty Evaluation for the 2nd Semester, AY 2025–2026, will officially roll out from May 22 to May 30, 2026, across all colleges and campuses.
All students are encouraged to evaluate their respective faculty through the Online Faculty Evaluation System.
Please be reminded that completion of the faculty evaluation is part of the student clearance requirements for the semester.
