Here are the qualified applicants for the in-person CHMSU Admission Test for March 27 – April 1, 2023 in all campuses. The lists will be uploaded by week. Testing centers, venues, date and time are indicated in the list.
IMPORTANT: Due to the conflict of schedules, applicants who registered to take the exam on May 15-31, 2023, will be rescheduled to the following dates: March 25, 2023, April 1, 2023, and April 15, 2023. Please be guided accordingly. Thank you.
Kindly bring the following:
– Duly Accomplished Application Form (CHMSUETAF)
– Learner’s Reference Number
– 2 pieces 2×2 ID Picture
– Any valid ID card
– 1 long brown envelope
– Pencil and eraser
– proof of your successful registration (screenshot)
Reminders: Be at your assigned testing room at least 30-45 minutes before the start of the test. Observe basic COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
