The Civil Engineering Department announces that the enrollment schedule for incoming 1st-year BS Civil Engineering students is set for August 9, 2023.
Requirements for enrollment:
• Original Report Card for Senior High School graduate
• Certificated of Good Moral Character
• 2 copies of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
• 2 copies of NSO/PSA Marriage Certificate for married female applicant
• 1 long white/cream folder
• 1 long brown envelope
• Filled out Student Information System (SIS) – from Registrar’s Office
• Php 130.00 for Insurance Fee
• Filled out Student Data Sheet (required by Dean’s Office)
