Updating of Institutional COTO and QOAP

Quality Assurance & Accreditation discussed the Updating of 2020 Institutional COTO & QOAP on March 10 – 11, 2022 at the Function Hall, ETGB, Talisay Campus. The morning session on March 10 focused on a review of 2021 institutional COTO and a review of the list of issues and RQMTS of interested parties, while the afternoon workshop focused on updating the list of issues and RQMTS of interested parties, updating the institutional COTO, and presentation of updated institutional COTO. On March 11 the morning session concentrated on a review of 2022 risk and opportunity registers and the formulation of 2022 QOAP, the afternoon workshop focused on the formulation of 2022 QOAP and presentation of 2022 QOAP.
