Aquime International maintains an office along Lacson Street, while its main operations are based in Okayama Prefecture, Japan, near Hiroshima.

The meeting discussed potential collaboration between CHMSU and Aquime International, with the company identifying CHMSU as its first university partner. Aquime International introduced employment opportunities in Japan, particularly for graduates of Civil Engineering, Information Technology, and Hospitality Management, with strong demand in the construction sector.

The proposed program aims to recruit, train, and hire fresh graduates for long-term employment in Japan, including Japanese language training and certification prior to deployment. CIER may assist in promoting the program and facilitating an information campaign for interested students.

Both parties also explored the possibility of offering Japanese language courses at CHMSU, with support from Aquime International and potential assistance from the Japanese Embassy for language instruction. The partnership may later be formalized through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to support international employment opportunities for CHMSU graduates.
