This holiday season, Carlos Hilado Memorial State University once again partnered with the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Talisay City to spark hope and spread joy through the “Wish Upon A Tree” campaign.
This initiative continues its mission of making meaningful wishes of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) come true.
To participate, simply choose a wish from the tree—either individually or as a group—then note the wish number and sign the logsheet.

Drop off your gift at our booth in front of the Global Learning Café (Dining Hall) from December 3–18, 2025, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
PDLs would appreciate items such as hygiene kits, yellow shirts, baby clothes, slippers, and other thoughtful gifts beyond the wish list.
Please avoid sharp objects, cigarettes, and any form of contraband. Remember to label your gift with the corresponding wish number and return the wish list when you drop off your donation.
