The 2nd batch of Master in Public Admistration and Doctor of Public Administration scholars under the Continuing Professional Development Program grant (CPD) signed a contract with the Negros Occidental Scholarship Program on October 17, 2023 at Carlos Hilado Memorial State University – Talisay (Main) Campus.
The scholarship program aims to capacitate government employees through postgraduate studies, ultimately enhancing the efficient delivery of public service. Additionally, the program is anticipated to facilitate the career progression and personal growth of eligible government personnel. It will also serve to elevate their skillsets, thereby boosting workplace productivity.
Key officials present in the event were Jay B. Estrellas, PhD, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Arjay Y. Alvarado, PhD, Dean, College of Arts and Sciences; Jose Lizael B. Lampinez, PhD, Faculty in-charge for CAS NOSP Scholarship Program; Josel P. Osal, MPA, BPA Program Chairperson; and Karen Dinsay, NOSP Scholarships Division Head, Province of Negros Occidental.
