The PhilApex Placement Agency, Inc. brought a delegation from the Tokyo Overseas Business Cooperative (TOBC) to Carlos Hilado Memorial State University Talisay Campus to showcase the university’s Food Trades Technology and Hospitality Management programs on Nov. 21, 2024.
Engr. Alan Nuega, president of PhilApex, and Ise Toru, Chairman of TOBC, were joined by College of Industrial Technology Dean Angelie Lopez, and Alumni Affairs Director Melanie Porquez in a tour of the university’s facilities.
