COED honors September 2024, March 2025 LEPT passers

The College of Education continued the “Honoring the Achievements, Inspiring Excellence” Thanksgiving Event, held at Roy’s Hotel and Convention Center on August 22, 2025, with a series of inspirational stories and words of encouragement from university officials and topnotchers.

CHMSU President Norberto Mangulabnan, Vice President for Academic Affairs Jay Estrellas, and COED Dean Ophelia Duayan led the university community in congratulating the successful alumni who took the September 2024 and March 2025 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers, while also inspiring and challenging the upcoming examinees of the September 2025 LEPT.

Joining the celebration were COED faculty, university designees, and staff, who enthusiastically congratulated the passers and cheered on the future educators preparing for next month’s licensure exam.

LEPT topnotchers Ma. Carmel Delada (Rank 4, March 2025), Patricia Mae Maglaque (Rank 7, September 2024), Dindo Española Jr. (Rank 10, September 2023), and Ann Stefhany De Alvan-Griffon (Rank 10, March 2015) shared their insights, personal journeys, and heartfelt encouragement with the graduating class of teacher education programs and the next batch of LEPT takers.

Alexander Jacob Cortez, Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Science 4th-year student, accepted the challenge of the topnotchers on behalf of the graduating class.
