The CHMSU College of Education invited top officials of the country’s National Center for Teacher Education to upgrade and upskill its faculty and approach to teacher education programs.
On November 18-19, 2025, Philippine Normal University – Manila President Bert Tuga and Vice President for Finance and Administration Lordinio Vergara served as speakers in the “Capacity Building on Reframed Teacher Education Programs” seminar-workshop held at the Function Hall, Talisay (Main) Campus.
The start of the two-day activity was marked by inspiring messages from CHMSU President Norberto Mangulabnan and Vice President for Academic Affairs Jay Estrellas.
It was participated by CHMSU COED faculty members and program chairpersons led by Dean Ophelia Duayan.
