Carlos Hilado Memorial State University visited the University of Rizal System to benchmark on best practices with the URS Center for Lifelong Learning (CLL), on May 11, 2026
Representing CHMSU were Prof. Joji Linaugo, Chairperson for Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning, and Prof. Rolando Jr. Peralta from the College of Education.
They were warmly welcomed by URS President Nancy Pascual, VP for Academic Affairs Allan Conde, Director Norberto Nataño of the Center for Lifelong Learning, and John Arvin Fernandez, CLL Secretary.
