Welcome to Carlos Hilado Memorial State College! We welcome qualified students to apply for admission this coming Academic Year 2022 – 2023.
In line of quarantine restrictions and other logistical matters, our entrance examination is waived for the First Semester of the Academic Year 2022-2023. Read the instructions carefully before you submit your Admission Screening Application Form (ASAF) and other pertinent documents.
I. Application Period: March 17, 2022 until April 18, 2022
II. General Admission Guidelines:
A. Every applicant for admission to a college degree program must meet the requirements for admission prescribed by the College and program/campus concerned. The allowable number of classes in the program is subject to the enrollment projection of the institution per academic year.
B. The Entrance Examination shall be waived for the Academic Year 2022 – 2023, and the applicant shall be ranked based on the following:
- Grade 11 and Grade 12 (1st Semester only) Grades;
- Transcript of Records (for transferees); and
- Interview (online/on-site).
C. Passing the program level evaluation does NOT guarantee automatic admission to the College. Ranking is determined through the enrolment projection of the program.
D. Due to limited slots per program, an applicant is allowed to submit an Admission Screening Application Form only once in the preferred degree program and campus.
III. Requirements:
A. For students who will be graduating this Academic Year 2021-2022:
- Filled-out Admission Screening Application Form
- Grade 11 Report Card (back-to-back)
- Grade 12 Report Card (1st Semester only)
B. For students who graduated prior to the Academic Year 2021-2022:
- Filled-out Admission Screening Application Form
- Grade 11 and Grade 12 Report Cards (back-to-back)
C. For Transferees:
- Filled-out Admission Screening Application Form
- Transfer Credentials/Transcript of Records
IV. Application Process:
A. Click https://bit.ly/3IpWN6h- to start your admission screening process and to download the Admission Screening Application Form (ASAF). Application forms are likewise available at the guardhouse (entrance gate) across four (4) campuses.
B. Submit clear and complete filled-out scanned (PDF/JPEG format) requirements as stated above to the campus either through or any of the following:
1. Online Submission: Use a Gmail account. Your email address should have your last name and first name for easier verification (example: delacruz.juan@gmail.com). Use of a different email provider will result in failed application for admission to the College.
2. On-Site Submission: A drop box shall be provided at the guardhouse (entrance gate) of the campus where you intend to apply/study. Place your documents in a long brown envelope with this label:

C. Only the names of applicants who meet the cut-off score required by the program will be posted on the CHMSC official Facebook page and CHMSC Website. The schedule of interview shall likewise be posted.
D. The list of admitted students, the submission of other pertinent documents for enrolment, and the enrolment period shall be posted at the end of the application period.
