To all incoming first-year students on this list of QUALIFIED TO ENROLL in the BS in Information Technology Program in the College of Computer Studies in Alijis Campus, please fill out this Google Form https://forms.gle/JAJzHrMXvYkAHkfg9 or Scan the QR Code to confirm your slot for enrollment on or before July 18, 2023, 1:00 pm.
Failure to do so will not be accommodated in the program, and your slot will be given to students on the waiting lists.
After the confirmation of enrolment, Process your requirements posted on the FB page of CHMSU Alijis Registrar, and you may check the enrolment Schedule by scanning this QR Code.
Those on the waiting list and transferees who are also qualified for the IT program will be informed through a text message.
