The Qualifying Examination for the Bachelor of Science in Information Systems at Talisay Campus will take place from 15 to 18 June 2026. Detailed information will be sent to each applicant at their email address. Applicants must bring the following documents.
Requirements for Application
- Certified true copy of Grade 11 and Grade 12 report card
- For transferees: certified true copy of transcript of records (TOR) with no failing grades
- Certificate of good moral character
- Certificates of exemplary achievements in academics and extracurricular activities (optional)
- Equity and inclusivity documents (see requirements listed below)
Please provide a certificate if you belong to any of the following groups:
- Indigenous Peoples (IP)
- Solo parent
- Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiary
- Person with disability (PWD)
