Students who submitted the Online ID Form via cidsa.chmsu.edu.ph may now claim their University IDs..
For Talisay Campus Undergraduate students:
Please claim your ID at the MIS Office (3rd Floor, Green Building) and bring a copy of your enrollment form for verification purposes.
For Advanced Education Programs students:
University IDs will be released through the respective departments/colleges where you are enrolled. Please coordinate with your department regarding the schedule and distribution of IDs.
For students from Alijis, Binalbagan, and Fortune Towne campuses:
Information regarding the release and claiming of IDs will be announced through your respective campuses and the Official Facebook Page of CHMSU.
