In line with the new Google Workspace for Education edition storage policy, the Information and Communication Technology Office announces that starting July 2022 the Carlos Hilado Memorial State University will be no longer enjoy unlimited storage instead a 100TB polled storage is allotted. Pooled storage is a storage shared across your users for everything in their accounts and shared drives. This includes, but is not limited to, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Photo, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Drawings, and Jamboard files count toward your organization’s storage quota.
Starting July 2022, the office will implement a 5GB limit per Student/GASS user while 10GB limit per faculty user for us to manage the storage limit of the University. Account users are advised to copy and transfer file to their personal email or to our Institutional Office 365 A1 for faculty account.
