The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Office will print and issue identification (ID) cards (new and reconstructed) at the Audio-Visual Room, CHMSC Fortune Towne Campus on the following dates:
April 4, 2022
8:00 to 11:00am: BSA 1 and BSA 2
1:00 to 4:30 pm: BSE 1 and BSE 2
April 5, 2022
8:00 to 11:00am: BSOA and BSOA 2
1:00 to 4:30 pm: BSIS 1 and BSIS 2
April 6, 2022
8:00 to 11:00am: BSBA 1 and BSBA 2
1:00 to 4:30 pm: BSMA 1
April 7, 2022
8:00 am to 4:30 pm: BSMA 2
