Here are the verified examinees for the CHMSU Admission Test from April 1-6, 2024. The testing centers, venues, dates, and times are specified in the lists, which will be uploaded weekly.
Kindly bring the following:
•Duly Accomplished Application Form (to be distributed and filled out on-site)
•Learner’s Reference Number
•2 pieces 2×2 ID Picture
•Any valid ID card
•1 long brown envelope
•Black ballpen, eraser, and pencil
•Proof of your successful registration (screenshot)
Reminders: Be at your assigned testing room at least 45 minutes before the start of the test. Wear your face masks.
