CHMSU Messenger is published by the Center for External Affairs. This is intended to keep members of the CHMSU community across all campuses informed and updated. All announcements, news, updates, and contributions to CHMSU Messenger must be sent via email to externalaffairs@chmsu.edu.ph not later than 12:00 pm every Wednesday. CHMSU Messenger is printed and distributed (Limited copies only) every Friday afternoon and may be used as a reference for all announcements during the flag ceremony every Monday.
