University President,Norberto Mangulabnan was re-elected as the National Vice President for the Visayas of the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) on July 13, 2026, during the 2026 PASUC Annual Convention and General Assembly held at the SMX Convention Center Manila, Pasay City.
Accompanying Pres. Mangulabnan in the convention are Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs Noralyn Esona, College of Arts and Sciences Dean Arjay Alvarado, and College of Education Dean Ophelia Duayan. Also joining the delegation are Director for Internationalization and External Relations Rhoderick Samonte, Director for Quality Management Yrika Marie Dusaran, Director for Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Maria Agnes Arcenas, and Director for Student Affairs and Services Maria Victoria Violanda.
