Screening Guidelines and Requirements for the BS in Fisheries program under the College of Fisheries for AY 2026-2027

Welcome to the College of Fisheries! We are excited you’re interested in our BS Fisheries Program, which prepares students for careers in aquaculture, marine conservation, and fisheries management.

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Based on your Admission Test Results, you must be qualified to apply to Non-Board Programs in all campuses & All Board and Non-Board Programs in the Binalbagan Campus
  • Attained a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 83% or its equivalent during their High School education.
  • Obtained a final grade of no less than 80% or its equivalent in all subjects.
  • Demonstrate satisfactory performance in relevant subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English.

Primary Requirements:

  • Certified true copy of the following:
    • For Graduates of Senior High School: Grade 11 and 12 Forms 138
    • For Transferees: Transcript of Records
  • One (1) 2 x 2 ID photo
  • A long-sized brown envelope with the following information written at the upper-left corner: Complete Name (Family Name, Given Name, Middle Name), Program, and Mobile Number. Please see the format below.
  • Submit your complete documents to the Security Office, CHMSU Binalbagan Campus.

The College of Fisheries will start accepting applications for the BS Fisheries program for the Academic Year 2025-2026 from April 20, 2026 until May 8, 2025.
