Screening Guidelines and Requirements for the BTVTEd major in Electrical Technology and major in Electronics Technology programs under the College of Education for AY 2026-2027

The College of Education in CHMSU Alijis Campus is now accepting new students and transferees for AY 2026-2027.

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Based on your Admission Test results, your name must be in the list of qualified applicants: All Programs in All Campuses, and Board and Non-Board Programs except Accountancy, Engineering, & Psychology
  • No grades below 85 (For both Senior and High School and transferee)

Primary Requirements:

  • Certified true copy of Grade 12 Form 138 (1st and 2nd semesters) for incoming SHS graduates or a certified true copy of the Transcript of Records for transferees.
  • One (1) piece recent 2×2 photo (to be attached in the Application form)
  • One (1) long-size brown envelope labeled in the upper-left corner of the back of the following information: Campus, College, Full Name, Mobile Number, and Email Address
  • Drop your complete documents at the BTVTED Program Office, 2nd Floor TVEP Building, CHMSU Alijis Campus. Look for BTVTED Program Chairperson Mark Geral Nallos.

The schedule for the Standardized Aptitude Test for Teachers (SATT), posting of Interview Qualifiers, Interview Schedule, and Qualified Incoming First-Year will be published on the CHMSU Official Facebook Page and website.
