Talisay City declares February 10, 2023, as Special Non-working Day

Per Presidential Proclamation no. 143 declaring Friday, February 10, 2023, as a Special (Non-working) Day in the City of Talisay, Province of Negros Occidental, all offices of the University in Talisay Campus will be closed on this day.
