Carlos Hilado Memorial State University was recently recognized by the Human Resource Educators’ Association of the Philippines (HREAP) as one of the top performing schools for 2024-2025 in the Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) assessment examination.
Received by the College of Arts and Sciences led by Dean Arjay Alvarado, the recognition covers the period of July 2024 to June 2025 in the 101-299 examinees category.
CHMSU, through its BS Psychology graduates who took the assessment exam, has received an institutional passing rate of 84.68%.
The recognition was awarded by HREAP Executive Director Dr. Joseph Larizabal on March 20, 2026 at F1 Hotel in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
