CHMSU ROTC Unit undergoes RAATI 2026

The CHMSU Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Unit successfully underwent the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) today, April 27, 2026.

Led by Col. Don Villanueva, the inspection aimed to evaluate the CHMSU ROTC unit’s administrative efficiency, tactical proficiency, resource management, and overall training quality. Col. Villanueva is the Director of the 605th Community Defense Center, 6th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command of the Philippine Army.

Col. Villanueva represented RAATI Chairperson Col. Antonio Burton, Asst. Division Commander for Reservists and Retirees Affairs of the 3rd Infantry Division.

The RAATI 2026 put the unit to the test, evaluating their mastery of military drills, leadership, discipline, and overall combat readiness.

The event was also attended by NSTP Director Esther Leah Macatimpag, CHMSU ROTC Unit Commandant Lt. Col. Nathaniel Villasor, and instructors from across all campuses, underscoring the university’s dedication to fostering leadership and public service.
