CHMSU DRRMO Director Elmer Gumban, PhD, together with DRRMO and NSTP personnel, met with Talisay CDRRMO Officer Spyxe Gutierrez on May 15 to discuss partnership opportunities and future activities.
According to Gumban, collaboration is crucial for efficient disaster preparedness, response, and recovery between the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office and various stakeholders.
