Lingkod-AGAP brings gov’t services one-stop-shop to CHMSU employees in Talisay

The Human Resource Development Office (HRDO) brought government services closer to CHMSU employees with the Lingkod-AGAP 2026 (Assistance, Guidance, and Access to Public Service Program) on September 15, 2026, at the Global Learning Cafe (Dining Hall), Talisay (Main) Campus.

Dubbed the “Integrated One-Stop Public Service Express,” the initiative allowed CHMSU faculty and staff to complete essential government transactions without leaving the university premises, saving them the time and effort of multiple trips to different agency offices.

Six government agencies and Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCCs) participated in the event: the Civil Service Commission (CSC), Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), and Social Security System (SSS).

The activity was organized in celebration of Civil Service Month, reinforcing CHMSU’s commitment to supporting the welfare and convenience of its employees through accessible, efficient public service.

The activity was led by the HRDO under HRD Officer Cristine Redoblo, and supported by the Human Resource Management Office led by Director Romela Esporma.

The services offered included CSC inquiries and certificate requests, PhilHealth membership verification and record updates, Pag-IBIG loyalty card processing and data capturing, PSA National ID processing, GSIS registration through the GSIS Touch App, and SSS membership verification and number issuance.

The HRDO and HRMO units also eye to bring the Lingkod-AGAP in Alijis, Binalbagan, and Fortune Towne Campuses in the coming months.
