Refunds for BSIT OJT T-shirt payments will be available starting October 2, 2023 (Monday) at the Cashiers Office (Talisay Campus only).
Bring your school identification card. If someone else will claim the refund on your behalf, provide an authorization letter along with the claimant’s identification for verification.
