We honor the memory of former Governor Daniel “Bitay” L. Lacson, Jr., a visionary and compassionate leader whose dedication to public service and education has had a lasting impact on the Province of Negros Occidental and beyond. Gov. Bitay led with passion and genuine care, always striving to improve the lives of others especially the poor and marginalized.
As we remember his life, may all CHMSUans be inspired to continue the work he started, building on his legacy of service and commitment to a better and brighter future for all.
