Congratulations to the successful applicants who are qualified for enrolment to the Bachelor of Elementary Education of the College of Education (Talisay campus) for the 1st Semester of Academic Year 2026 – 2027.

Submit the following initial requirements to the Office of the Dean, College of Education, Talisay Campus, at LSAB 114 on or before
June 22, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM only.
- Original Report Card for senior high school graduates, or transfer credentials, with a photocopy of the Transcripts of Records for transferees.
- Clear copy of the Certificate of Good Moral Character.
- Clear copy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
- Clear copy of NSO/PSA Marriage Certificate (additional requirement for married female applicant)
- Two (2) pcs recent 2×2 ID picture
- 1 pc long brown envelope with a label on the back
Additional documents/requirements may be needed upon enrolment by the University Registrar.
