Kindly follow the instructions and take note of the important dates below.
June 14 – 22, 2023
Submission of the following Medical Examination Results to the University Clinic, Binalbagan
Campus:
a. X-Ray
b. Urinalysis
c. CBC
d. HBsAG test
e. ECG (with the corresponding interpretation of the result)
f. Pregnancy test (for females only). Bring 1 pregnancy test kit to be submitted to the school
clinic.
If physically fit as certified by the school physician or any government physician based on the
results, you may proceed to the College of Criminal Justice office for submission of (1 photocopy)
of the Medical Certificate as a requirement for issuance of the Physical Agility Test referral form.
Bring Physical Fitness attire:
a. T-shirt
b. Shorts except for jeans (ma-ong)
c. Rubber shoes
June 23, 2023 – Friday
Posting of qualified applicants for written examination
June 26, 2023 – Monday (1:00 – 4:00 PM)
Written examination (Bring 2 pcs black ballpen)
June 27 – 30, 2023
Final Interview (Panel)
- Wear appropriate attire for the Interview:
a. White t-shirt
b. Black pants/ trousers
c. Shoes - Observe the following:
a. Haircut for male (barbers cut)
b. With hairnet for female
c. Clean-shaven face (no mustache/beard and no sideburn)
